A Planning Meeting of the above named Council, convened by the Chairman, was held in the COMMUNITY CENTRE, on WEDNESDAY 16TH March 2005 at 19 00 hrs.
Present: Chairman Clr Findlay, Clrs Bannister, Hircock, Hancock, Venning & Brewer.
30.01 Apologies: Clrs Arthan & Smith.
30.02 Public participation: Illegal pipe money collection removal & new garage vehicle accumulation in Conservation Area.
30.03 Planning Applications to be considered:
2005/ 00345 Erection of Victorian style conservatory, 5, Camelot View, Camelford Station for Mr & Mrs Ellis. Clr Bannister proposed no objection, subject to it not being an extension, seconded by Clr Hircock. All in favour. Resolved.
2005/ 00375 Construction of inlet headwall & training walls to new
storm bypass culvert & reconnection of normal river flows to existing stone
culvert. Land adjacent to Frogapits, Old Rd, for Env Agency – S W Region.
The clerk read out an e mail objection received from Mrs A Turner. Clr Hancock proposed no objection, seconded by Clr Findlay, five (5) votes in Favour with one (1) abstention. Resolved.
2005/ 00368 Erection of new garage workshop adjoining existing filling station kiosk. Bottreaux Garage. For Mr F Bridge. Clr Hancock proposed no objection, subject to a condition that the forecourt remain clear of work to prevent detrimental effect in the Conservation Area.seconded by Clr Brewer, five (5) votes in favour with one (1) abstention. Resolved.
2005/ 00406 Listed Building Consent for taking down & resetting of stone front boundary wall & new access gate & landscaping of garden to provide maintenance access to culvert inspection chambers & provide flood routing for overland flows. Morval Cottage, Old Rd, for Environment Agency. Clr Hancock proposed no objection, seconded by Clr Brewer. All in favour. Resolved.
2005/ 00248 Erection of storeroom extension, The Village Hall for Village Hall Committee. No effective quorum. Take at next meeting.
2005/ 00455 Conversion of garage to bedroom with en-suite. 38, Clover Lane Close. For Mr & Mrs Hughes. Clr Findlay proposed no objection Seconded, by Clr Venning, all in favour. Resolved.
2005/ 00495 Listed Building Consent for taking down & resetting stone
shed in rear garden, Morval Cottage, Old Rd. for Environment Agency S W.
Clr Bannister proposed no objection, seconded by Clr Brewer, all in favour Resolved.
