Village Hall Hire Charges
The Hall interior measures 49’-0” x 17’-6” at its widest point. It can be divided by folding doors to form a
Large Hall: 32’-0’’ x 17’-6’’ and a Small Hall:
17’-0’’ x 16-9’’. The Halls may be hired together or separately. There is now an additional small office room that can also be hired out for smaller meetings. Hire charges include the use of tables and chairs, the Kitchen with its equipment (unless previously booked) and the cost of heating and lighting, excluding stage lighting.|
Toilets include facilities for disabled people and for nappy changing.

Hall equipment is not available for hire off the premises.

|Evening extension:||10.00 pm||to||12.00 midnight|
A hire period includes the time for setting-up and clearing away. The evening extension for public entertainment, including stage Plays, concludes at 11.00 pm.

|Payment:||Payment must be made to the Caretaker at the time of
booking by cash or by cheque made payable to Boscastle
Village Hall. Regular users, with the prior agreement of the Treasurer, may arrange to pay on monthly account.
The attention of all hirers is drawn to the Standard
Conditions of Hire printed on the reverse of the Hiring
Agreement, especially concerning such matters as safety, damage, licences, the sale or supply of intoxicating
liquor, and occupancy.
