SAINTS AND SMUGGLERS 100 MILE CHALLENGE

The Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge is back in 2023, this time in support of the amazing Children’s Hospice South West! 4 unique, self-navigation stages on 4 different dates culminating in the legendary Saints & Smugglers 100 Mile Challenge with a limited number of charity places up for grabs!

Some of the key points for you:

Runners register on race day at The Riverside Hotel from 5.30am.
Runners start outside The Cornish Rambler at 6.30am.
Runners are instructed to park in the town Pay & Display car park.
There is no infrastructure to set up for this all we do is pop one flag in the ground before we set them off.

Fitness for Everyone New health and fitness classes in Boscastle and Crackington

In Crackington and Boscastle with a FREE taster ! There will be a 6.30 class aimed at beginners and a second class at 7.30 for those who need to up their game for sport and improved fitness. These classes are NOT suitable for those with reduced mobility. Personal Training also available for small groups and individuals .
